Deep Stretch classes are designed to improve our mobility and posture. They are a wonderful compliment to flow classes. There are deeper yoga sequences with longer holds that utilize many of our props. Expect to feel relief from physical tension and a more relaxed mind. Deep Stretch is accessible to all. All props are provided. This class is great for: athletes, aging bodies, and beginners.
