Flow- is our all-levels class, join us live from the West Falmouth studio.  Heidi will guide you through a practice while encouraging breath and movement.  This class will start with the Garuda Mudra (balancing rest and activity-2nd chakra). You will then flow on a journey through both movement and stillness: sun salutations, dancing warriors, balancing postures, hip and heart opening, back bends, hamstring work and Hanumasana pose.
