Mat Conditioning

This class is designed to work the physical body to challenge and condition the muscles. We will utilize familiar strength bearing shapes from postural yoga as well as smaller more localized movements associated with barre.  We will use blocks, therabands, blankets as well as a combination of movement and static holds to create resistance and challenge.  Each class is 45 minutes, wear clothes you can move in, bring a yoga mat or rent one at the studio and feel free to bring a water bottle.
