Abby Knight

Abby began teaching yoga in 2012 after graduating from Sacred Seeds Yoga School and has since then completed further trainings in kids yoga, prenatal, and postpartum yoga. With a keen interest in how muscle groups work together to support everyday movement, the goal is to keep you moving with strength and stability. Abby's classes promise a slow, steady pace, easy to follow cues, and an accessible level of challenge. She likes to remind herself and others to use your practice as a way to tune into your internal dialogue- the poses are just conversation starters!
