Amber Hawkins

Amber received her 200 hour YTT in Philadelphia in 2018, and her yin training recently here in Portland. As an avid soccer player through college, yoga seemed out of her wheelhouse. Little did she know, it was exactly what she needed the most. A practice that allowed her to connect more deeply to her mind and body, and a stillness that offered reflection and built resilience. 

She loves to remind her students that it isn’t about whether or not you can touch your toes, it’s about what you notice on the way down. 

During her classes she offers  eccentric playlists, and a relaxing space to get out of your head, connect to your body, and feel into the present moment.
